  1. That foam rolling warm-up looks stupid, but it is reallly effective! Been doing this for a couple of weeks now and no more stiffness/imflammation, which is a problem at my age ;-)
    Can now train 3x a week and I haven't needed any ibuprofen! Tx Bommie!
